Shipping & Returns


Shipping is a $5.00 flat rate fee for all orders in the United States.

International orders are a flat rate of $50.00.

We will no longer be offering express shipping through the website. If you need your order shipped faster than the normal shipping, please contact us through our store front or through our facebook page.

We do not ship on weekends. The shipping center is closed on weekends.

We ship through the USPS.

All orders are shipped with tracking which is e-mailed to the e-mail you provide at checkout. You can track your packages at


Summary:  The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking.

Time Frame: items must be received back to our warehouse no later than 14 days from the date you placed your order. Be sure to plan 5-10 days for transit time.

The Catch: Items must be returned in their original condition. They must not be altered in any way, this includes but is not limited to the following: makeup stains from trying on items, perfumes, animal hair/scent, cigarette smoke, obvious wear, etc. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes. This means you CANNOT use the shoe box as the main shipping container, please place shoe box inside of a separate box or bag.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If the item(s) returned are unable to be resold in their returned condition, you will be subject to a 15% restocking fee OR we reserve the right to send the items back to you.

The Exceptions: items in the "Sale" section, anything discounted 30% or more, scarves, belts, socks, hair accessories, earrings and undergarments are final and cannot be returned. Shoes returned using the shoebox as a shipping container are not permitted AND WILL BE SHIPPED BACK TO YOU.

Defective Items: if you believe you received a defective item you must notify us by facebook message within three days of the delivery confirmation date, otherwise it is considered wear and tear. No exceptions.

Refund Type: All returns will be issued as store credit. In order to receive store credit you need to create an account on our website. Please do this in advance to make the return process easier or it will delay you receiving your store credit.

Overview: returns sent in that do NOT meet the above criteria are subject to a 15% restocking fee OR subject to being shipped back to you.

 Please be sure to use a tracking service when shipping back a return. We are not responisble for lost packages when shipping back a return.

Please include your packing slip with your return. When returning an item with your packing slip, please mark the items you're returning and include the reason for return. If you no longer have your packing slip, please include a note with the following information:

Name, E-Mail, Order Number, Item(s) Description, Reason for Return. If you do not include one of these with your return, it will delay your refund.
